A Day at Aralya.
Aralya is created for adults at every stage of life — professionals navigating burnout, seniors seeking a purposeful daily rhythm, and individuals on a healing journey.
Psychiatrist Supervised
Every activity is intentional — designed with neuroscience and clinical psychology to regulate mood, circadian rhythm, and cognitive health.
Combating Isolation
When days quietly shrink to four walls, Aralya becomes a sanctuary where you are known, missed when away, and greeted by name every morning.
Dignity & Warmth
Unlike traditional hospital settings, our Kalyan Nagar center is bright, homelike, and filled with plants, natural light, and genuine companionship.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Members attend 3 to 6 days a week with flexible timings suited to their physical energy and therapy needs.
Movement, Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness
The day begins with grounding the body and easing accumulated stress. Under certified guidance, gentle yoga and breathwork release physical tension, followed by guided mindfulness meditation to settle and center the mind.
Cognitive Exercises & Communal Dining
A transition into brain-stimulating cognitive games, memory workshops, and social interaction. At 12:30 PM, members gather for a freshly prepared, nutritious, and wholesome lunch enjoyed together in our sunlit dining hall.
Creative Arts, Music & Expressive Therapy
Afternoons are devoted to creative and emotional expression without judgment. Facilitators guide hands-on art therapy, music listening, expressive dance, and pottery that reconnect individuals with their natural creativity.
Community Circle, Reflection & Transition Home
The day concludes with an uplifting sharing circle, peer reflections, and psychiatrist check-ins. Members leave feeling grounded, socially connected, and looking forward to the next morning's routine.
